Twenty blinds from early position is the upper boundary of push/fold: any deeper and the open all-in from UTG stops being a strategy. The equilibrium range shrinks to 12 hands — TT+, ATs+, AQo+ and KQs, under 6% of combos.
Push from EP, 20 BB stack
It matters to understand what the chart is showing here. This is not "the best line for these hands" — these are the hands with which shoving is not yet a mistake. At 20 BB the standard for the whole list is an open raise: with QQ+ and AK you earn more by giving opponents the chance to make a mistake after the flop or fire in a 3-bet. The shove starts making sense under specific conditions: several short stacks at the table ready to call wide, or aggressors re-shoving over every raise — then the all-in collects its value at once and leaves them no fold equity.
Below TT and AQ the line is hard: 99, AJs, KQo don't shove from early position at 20 BB at all — raise/fold exists for them. Opening ranges for normal depth are in the open-raise chart; the comparison with a shorter stack is on the 15 BB page.
