Ten blinds from first position is the most disciplined push/fold spot there is: the whole table acts behind you, and every extra shove finds a call exactly when you don't want one. The equilibrium range is 27 hands, about 12% of combos.
Push from EP, 10 BB stack
Inside: pairs from 55, suited aces from A7s, offsuit aces from AJo, KTs+, KQo, QTs+ and JTs. Anything weaker is a fold from UTG at 10 BB, however "pretty" it looks: KJo, QJo, ATo are dominated far too often against seven opponents.
Two reference points on the boundary. 44 is already a fold, even though the pair still shoved at 8 BB: with two extra blinds, playing a coin flip against a call stops paying. A7s is the lowest suited ace in the range; everything from A6s down is a pass. The line runs along the kicker, and that reflex is the one the trainer builds fastest.
This spot is part of the full 10 BB chart; it gets its own page because UTG is where players over-shove most often.
